This publication is distributed exclusively to Big Bus Sydney passengers enhancing their travel experience. The concept and content for this project are designed in-house in Sydney following global branding guidelines. Big Bus UK head office selected this project as best practice across 23 cities. Role: Booklet concept, layout, map design, content, image sourcing and photography.

This brochure shows staff the phonetic pronunciation of basic phrases in different languages for better customer engagement.
